Hi Robert,
sabnzbdplus and python3-cherrypy3 installed from the archive for me
without issue.
If you look at the cherrypy path in your traceback you'll see the issue
is you have a locally installed cherrypy module, and seem to be missing
some of its dependencies. You'll likely want to either uninstall that
locally installed version and use just the pieces from the archive, or
uninstall the archive packages and locally install sabnzbdplus,
cherrypy, and jaraco from the upstream or pypi sources.
