Hi, from your log SSHDConfig: Error: command ['/usr/sbin/sshd', '-T'] failed with exit code 255: /etc/ssh/sshd_config line 35: missing argument.
That means you (or a program) have modified /etc/ssh/sshd_config and due to that the update (which needs to restart the server) fails. You can restore the file to its default [1] or fixup that issue in the config file manually. Then things should work again. If you are convinced this indeed is a bug in the package we'd need to see that config file what exactly is at that line 35. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1904811 Title: package openssh-server 1:8.2p1-4ubuntu0.1 failed to install/upgrade: installed openssh-server package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 1 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openssh/+bug/1904811/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
