Hi,
from your log
SSHDConfig: Error: command ['/usr/sbin/sshd', '-T'] failed with exit code 255:
/etc/ssh/sshd_config line 35: missing argument.

That means you (or a program) have modified /etc/ssh/sshd_config and due
to that the update (which needs to restart the server) fails. You can
restore the file to its default [1] or fixup that issue in the config
file manually. Then things should work again.

If you are convinced this indeed is a bug in the package we'd need to
see that config file what exactly is at that line 35.
