Public bug reported:

kleopatra does not import all GnuPG-Keys from file if all private keys
have different passphrases.

The first key will be imported, after asking for the passphrase. All
further keys will fail, because kleopatra tries to decrypt them using
the first given passphrase and will fail for the next key in this file,
because it has a different passphrase.

Saw this for 3.1.11 up to 3.1.13 and in HEAD.

Importing the keys with a different key manager does not fail. Instead
this other key manager asks to key in the passphrase for every key to
import again.
