For at least two types of animation, plasmashell consumes 100% CPU:
1. Connecting to the WLAN
2. Downloading in Firefox (plasma integration is installed)

Both actions result in a spinning icon in the taskbar. It is also
noticeable that the spinning is crazily fast.
