This does appear to fix the web export issue. Probably not due to the
dropped deps, but more due to this being a no-change rebuild against an
updated library that wasn't caught prior to Groovy's release.

** Description changed:

  [Impact]

   * A bug was reported upstream in Debian against this package (#713974) in
which, if one attempts to export photos as a web gallery, it fails.

  [Test Case]

   * Import photos into Darktable, do editing as desired.

   * Attempt to export as web gallery

   * Failure occurs (either crash, error, non-responsiveness, or fails
without error: i.e. does not actually export)

  [Where problems could occur]

-  * This is a simple introduction of new dependencies that were omitted in
- darktable 3.2.1-2. The only issues that may occur are package conflicts,
- but this is highly unlikely.
+  * This is a removal dependencies that were included in darktable
+ 3.2.1-2, that should have no effect. The only issues that may occur are
+ package conflicts, but this is highly unlikely as this is essentially a
+ no-change rebuild.
