Upgraded to 20.04 and this issue has appeared.
I've used variables
DD=/mnt/Ddisk
since I been using Ubuntu, at least 14.04.
vi $DD/misc/filena <TAB>
worked consistently until 20.04.1 release.
This release is the first time that this has occurred. It seems to have been
unfixed in this release.
