On Core 20:
root@ubuntu:/home/pi# modprobe bcm2835_codec
modprobe: FATAL: Module bcm2835_codec not found in directory
/lib/modules/5.4.0-1011-raspi

On raspbian:

sudo modprobe bcm2835_codec
pi@raspberrypi:~ $

Google seems to be telling me that it's an element that provides video
encode, decode, and transform functions via V4L2 M2M devices.

Is that a root of this issue?
