Public bug reported:
I have an old Canon Lide30 scanner.
Every time I plug it in, it does not work for 10 to 15 minutes. Then, I
got the following lines in the dmesg log:
[ 1168.105302] xhci_hcd 0000:02:00.0: WARN Set TR Deq Ptr cmd failed due to
incorrect slot or ep state.
[ 1168.105302] xhci_hcd 0000:02:00.0: WARN Set TR Deq Ptr cmd failed due to
incorrect slot or ep state.
[ 1168.107489] xhci_hcd 0000:02:00.0: WARN Successful completion on short TX
[ 1168.107510] xhci_hcd 0000:02:00.0: AMD-Vi: Event logged [IO_PAGE_FAULT

[ 1168.107729] xhci_hcd 0000:02:00.0: ERROR Transfer event TRB DMA ptr not part

After this lines, the scanner works perfectly.
