Public bug reported:
I have two monitors on a Radeon R9 380X, one is connected to HDMI, the other is
connected to DVI.
When I turn off the left monitor, nothing happens.
Only when you turn it on again does the entire picture move to the right
monitor and Ubuntu does not react to keyboard or mouse input.
The problem only occurs once I've logged in. Even if I've locked the screen
again.
Hard reboot is required.
