Still happens using caja 1.24.0-1 on Ubuntu 20.04.1.
Caja was apparently trying to generate a thumbnail for an odt (LibreOffice text
document) file on the Desktop: when I disabled the thumbnail generation for
text files, the high CPU usage stopped.

Is there any procedure to obtain a log from caja? Or to inspect what's
going on in the attempt to generate the thumbnail?
