I'm hoping Rob or Dave knows what this might be symptomatic of - off the cuff, to me it sounds like one or more of the systems we use to keep track of add-ons is corrupt. I don't know which or how that would happen (could be a lot of things, from the add-ons themselves to some issue in Firefox to disk issues on your machine, for all we know at this stage). The logs don't really say anything one way or another, it doesn't look like an attempt was made to disable an add-on. Generally this is a symptom of not saving the json database to disk, if the file hasn't changed in a while that would be another indicator. The fact that the browser doesn't restart when pressing restart suggests that something is keeping it alive which could cause a failure to save the database. I'd guess at another extension or an anti-virus tool on the system, but that's a wild stab in the dark really.
