I found that installing the Blue man Update is OK, Just do Not allow MATE to update the Bluetooth Raspberry Pi Drivers themselves, That's the Issue. I've had to Reinstall Multiple times, And I have concluded that Ensuring the Bluetooth Driver's it the only Solution, at least until the MATE Team either takes out the Update, Or the Raspberry Pi people make a new update.
