I tried your suggestion and added the nvidia modeset and commented out the 61 nvidia wayland. Then the system becomes very unstable. For example, the laptop froze just before the login screen if external monitor are plugged in. Without the monitors plugged in, if I use wayland, the system will only use renoir and won't use nvidia gpu at all.
