Still not fixed with focal updates as of 2020-12-10.
Then I updated to
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/focal/+queue?queue_state=3&queue_text=zfcpdump-kernel
as of focal-proposed.
Found /lib/s390-tools/zfcpdump/zfcpdump-image with its correct name on the
correct place.
Waiting for release into focal-updates.
