Public bug reported:

I'm running Ubuntu 20.04 and it looks like the current stable version of
the Chromium snap has an issue running headless:

```
tjcravey@chromium:~$ chromium --headless --remote-debugging-port=9222
https://chromium.org
[0100/000000.240635:ERROR:zygote_linux.cc(607)] Zygote could not fork:
Trace/breakpoint trap (core dumped)
```

```
tjcravey@chromium:~$ snap info chromium
I was able to revert back to snap 1421 on a different system and that
command works fine there.
