Public bug reported:
The maven package in Ubuntu is only version 3.6.0-1. The latest maven
version is 3.6.3: https://maven.apache.org/docs/3.6.3/release-
notes.html. There are a number of features introduced since 3.6.0-1,
such as better retry logic (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/42024619
/maven-build-gets-connection-reset-when-downloading-
artifacts/56763009#56763009). Is there a way to get maven updated?
I am running: `apt-get install maven`.
