Please note this also affects gridengine-drmaa1.0, where libdrmaa.so is linked 
vs libjemalloc.so.2,
and attempts to dlopen() libdrmaa fail with 'cannot allocate memory in static 
TLS block'. 

According to https://github.com/jemalloc/jemalloc/issues/1237, this can be 
fixed by configuring
jemalloc with '--disable-initial-exec-tls'.
