Tested in a Wayland session with gnome-shell 3.38.2-1ubuntu1~20.10.1 and
gnome-shell-extension-desktop-icons 20.04.0+git20200908-5~ubuntu20.10.0.
Neither changing display resolution nor `touch ~/Desktop/test` nor
Ctrl+H in Nautilus crashes the shell any more. Whether the previous
seemingly random crashes still happen, I cannot say.
