Public bug reported:

i could'nt find the way to upgrade, even following instructions reported
in bugs like https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-release-
upgrader/+bug/1875523 .

Eventually this could be a python related dependency problem but i tried
everything i found in launchpad with no luck. upgrade log can't help me
so much.
