It looks familiar - like a crash due to some over-excessive module splitting.
Some spice code now needs the package qemu-system-gui.

That will be fixed in the upcoming version that is rebased on 5.2-3
containing the fix for

Your package listing confirms that in your case qemu-system-gui isn't installed.
Until I have merged in the fix for this you should be able to get around this 
issue by installing qemu-system-gui.

Please let me know if it still crashes after installing qemu-system-gui.
