Public bug reported:
for a complete new installed distribution,
apt-get install linux-modules-nvidia-455-generic
will fail because it depends on dkms and initramfs-tools,
but seems not list on deb content. after initramfs-tools and dkms installed,
apt-get install linux-modules-nvidia-455-generic
command ok.
