Whilst reviewing this package I noted that this is an optional
dependency for python-django-compressor (rather than a mandatory one) so
its incorrectly explicitly added to the Depends for the runtime package.
I'd suggest that we actually push this down to a Suggests to avoid
bringing python-calmjs* into main - python3-rjsmin is already in main
and provides on the default JS minifier implementation.
