i8042.nopnp=1 pci=nocrs these are mine flags for being able to use the touchpad but after suspend the touchpad is gone again.
and This is my dump file( IT's not ubuntu, it's manjaro but I'm sure that it serves to you too) I'm using kernel 5.10.5-1-MANJARO in testing branch.
