Public bug reported:

I have a 1 TB SSD with Windows 10, and a 2 TB HHD with a seperate 500GB
partitioned off that I wanted to use for Ubuntu. When I try to install,
it does not recognize the Windows 10 install on the SSD, and it almost
completes installation but then it is unable to install the GRUB
Bootloader.
