virtualbox 6.1.16-dfsg-6~ubuntu1.20.04.1 has just been released to
focal-updates and it should fix the problem you are seeing.
For the nvidia-340 issue, please see bug 1910709. There is an update in
focal-proposed to fix the build issue.
I'm going to mark this bug as duplicate of 1910709, please feel free to
undo it if it's turns out not to be the same problem.
