@Tshibanda, it seems like there is another process bound to either
TCP/80 or TCP/443 preventing nginx from starting and binding those
itself.
By the logs you attached, that other process seems to be apache2. As
such, this looks like a local config issue so I'll mark the bug as
invalid. Please re-open if I got it wrong. Thanks!
