Hi Sergio, I did manage to reproduce the crash by lowering SNMP_MAXBUF_SMALL and rebuilding the package, as Graham suggested. I couldn't generate a certificate crashing snmpd with the default value of 512, but most likely I didn't manage to add a very long extension to the certs I generated.
In my previous comment I mentioned Focal. I think this is an Invalid bug in Focal, as Focal's snmp doesn't support TLS at all, see LP: 1880724. I'm going to change this bug tasks according to this.
