Public bug reported:

Ever since upgrading to Ubuntu 20.04.1 from Ubuntu 18.04.5, this error
occurs each time I update the system.  The system continues to boot ok
(I'm using it now) but this error keeps appearing.  I'm not sure how to
correct this.
