Jamie, this is still happening with 0.6.4. Note that the summary says
that the file isn't shown in the search result, but the categories
counts it.
Just do
$ touch foobarbaz
Search for it. The item is displayed.
$ rm foobarbaz
Search for it. The item isn't displayet, but in Categories there is "All
files (1)".
