1. If 'timidity' is installed then uninstall it (bug 1793640)
2. If 'pipewire' is installed then see bug 1897965.
3. If you are not sure about 1 and 2 then run:
dpkg -l > packages.txt
and attach the resulting text file here.
4. If you have a 'pulseaudio' process running while the problem is
happening.
