"Is package "linux-modules-extra" installed?" That fixed it. linux-modules-extra-5.4.0-62-generic was installed, linux-modules-extra-5.8.0-40-generic was not installed. I usually just run the Software Updater. However, after installing linux-modules- extra-5.8.0-40-generic, everything appears to be working. Thank you!
