(There is no Plugins tab: there are several. However, it seems to apply
fairly generally to any plugin).

  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1) Have the Always On Top option for xmms set.
  
  2) Open the Preferences dialog, and navigate to the Plugins tab.
  
- 3) Select a Plugin and click the Configure button
+ 3) Select a plugin and click the Configure button
  
  The Preferences dialog stays "Always On Top" of the plugin's
  configuration dialog, making it difficult to view/change config options.
