Public bug reported:

Have tried:

- update and upgrade as below - 0 held back (initially nvidia-docker-runtime,
now removed)
- removing files in /etc/app/sources.list and sources.list.d
- cuberduck and nvidia-docker - removed but still showing here.

`sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade`
`sudo apt update && sudo apt ugprade`
`sudo apt-get dist-upgrade'
`sudo do-release-upgrade`

throws:

Could not calculate the upgrade

An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.

if I run software updates app / gui, nothing happens after pressing
upgrade button.

also tried `sudo apt-get install kde-style-breeze` and multiple reboots.

Any help, much appreciated.
