Public bug reported:

When install v4l2loopback from focal-updates, v4l2loopback-dkms is ok (version
0.12), but V4l2loopback-utils provides an old binary v4l2loopback-ctl --version
says :
```
/usr/bin/v4l2loopback-ctl 0.6
Copyright (c) 2012 IOhannes m zmoelnig <[email protected]>
Copyright (c) 2012 Anton Novikov ([email protected])
which is quite old
```
Other files (changelog etc.) look fine.
I figured this out while trying to use the `add` command of V4l2loopback-ctl
which dosen't exist in this version.

** Affects: v4l2loopback (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
