Public bug reported:
[Impact]
Studio images for 20.04.2 FTBFS, this is due to us not really supporting
hwe lowlatency kernels in livecd-rootfs (we never enabled studio for hwe
before it seems?).
[Test Case]
Start a livefs ubuntustudio build with the proposed livecd-rootfs and
make sure that it's built correctly. Make sure that the HWE kernel is
present in the manifest file as expected.
[Where problems can occur]
It's a rather self contained fix, but a typo or similar can cause build
failures for other flavours or (almost impossible) other flavours
getting the wrong kernels pulled into their livefs.
