Thanks for the bug report.
Please:
1. Run 'journalctl -f' in a Terminal window to check if your log is
still being flooded like it was in bug 1915040 (which is bug 1880405).
2. Run 'top' in a Terminal window to check if any process is using high
CPU while the bug is occurring.
3. Open the 'Extensions' app and if you have any extensions other than
the three Ubuntu extensions then disable them.
4. Please reword the bug description here because it is hard to
understand. Do you just mean the dock is not responding to mouse clicks?
