Public bug reported:

During the Installation og firebird3.0-server on a headless Ubuntu 20.04
server (german locale) a password is queried. If that password contains
a space followed by a number, the installation fails with an error code.
The part of the password after the space is interpreted as a paramater.

E.g. password is 'test 2021', 2021 is treated as a paramater.

The output is as following:

/var/lib/dpkg/info/firebird3.0-server.postinst: 46: local: 2021: bad variable 
name
dpkg: Fehler beim Bearbeiten des Paketes firebird3.0-server (--configure):
 »installiertes firebird3.0-server-Skript des Paketes 
post-installation«-Unterprozess gab den Fehlerwert 2 zurück
