Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* d/tests/pbhoney: remove now unnecessary and failing decompression of
examples.
* d/tests/pbhoney: remove now unnecessary and failing decompression of

Ubuntu delta now included in the Debian package, extra line removed from
the test.
