Public bug reported:
I cant activate the Equalizer.
It is possible activate it in the settings, but after closing the setting window
nothing happens. And the equalizer is not listed in the effects menue.
I installed the Ubuntu Packages audacity-plugins and audacity-plugins-
data, but it doesnt work.
