System Settings - Window Management - Window Behaviour - Window
placement works fine in Kubuntu 20.04 LTS. However, with the 20.10
development branch, placement is erratic: sometimes it places correctly
as set in the drop-down, mostly it places over the last-opened window
(or somewhere else).
It may be an upstream issue. I have not checked (yet) on either a
Kubuntu or Neon live CD.
Otherwise, Groovy is shaping up well. Well done and thank you, good
