Public bug reported:
The deluge webui data does not update. I'll often finish downloading a
torrent and still report a non 100% complete and won't show paused
status correctly etc. Even the main window will show download speeds
incorrectly when the torrent no longer has activity.
One problem this is causing is sonarr and radarr are being given the
incorrect path for import.
A manual work arount is to click on the Details and Files tabs causing
the data to update.
