I have reproduced it with different user accounts in feisty and gutsy. See the
video for what I am talking about.
I'm not talking about drag & drop being broken. I'm talking about not be
allowed to drop a url shortcut into a folder whose view is already filled with
other shortcuts, because the other shortcuts try to accept the drops themselves
- resulting in the error message "drag and drop is not supported".
We need to not let desktop url shortcuts accept file drops.
