oibaf PPA is definitely causing problems, so run:
sudo apt-get install ppa-purge
sudo ppa-purge ppa:oibaf/graphics-drivers
You also have a bunch of other PPA's and 3rd party repos (look in
/etc/apt/sources.list.d ).
It would be a good idea to remove/disable those before upgrading, even if they
don't prevent the upgrade.
