Hi Andrej - we only perform stable release updates (SRUs) in order to fix high-impact bugs, and we try to limit the patch to what is necessary to fix those bugs, as opposed to pulling in a new upstream version (generally). Please see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates for more details.
If there is a high-impact bug that needs to be fixed, please address this in the description following the steps on that wiki page. If you would simply like to see the new version backported (which isn't limited to high-impact bug fixes), you'll want to follow the process here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuBackports#Requesting_a_Backport ** Changed in: syncthing (Ubuntu Focal) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1897622 Title: Sync syncthing 1.5.0~ds1-6 (universe) from Debian testing (main) into focal To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/syncthing/+bug/1897622/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
