Lubuntu daily QA-test [2020-02-22.1 using LXQt 0.16) - hp dc7700 (c2d-e6320, 5gb, nvidia quadro nvs 290) in live session, display config was changed, I logged out & logged in again (testing for another bug), and matching this bug
"the wallpaper appears to have been misplaced; the top.of.wallpaper is now displayed on my bottom.monitor with my top.monitor having no wallpaper (this bottom half of wallpaper isn't shown)" (quoting from description of this report).
