Fresh Lubuntu hirsute (2020-02-22.1) QA-test install on d755-8 box

this issue is still occurring on LXQt 0.16

guiverc@d755-8:~$ lxqt-about --version
lxqt-about 0.16.0
liblxqt 0.16.0
Qt 5.15.2

The image shows the actual Monitor positions relative to each other (left
display), yet when pressing PrintScreen there is a GAP between the positions??

The gap is reflected when you move the mouse between them, however I can
move the windows around, click Apply & Save, then put them back to the
positions that match my setup & same issue will re-occur.

This bug though is the MENU appearing WELL ABOVE the panel on the right
display (ie. issue still occurs)

I'll need to file this picture upstream
