Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
I don't see the Launchpad question you refer to, if I did, I would have looked up what you asked there and possibly made a comment. I do see refer to Qt4 requirements, Qt5 was introduced in Dec-2012 and programs that used Qt4 needed to port to Qt5, with Qt4 being removed from Debian & Ubuntu in 2019 (thus requirements don't exist in focal/20.04 or will again). I would see what you have that depends on `libphonon4` (Qt4) as that can longer longer be met with focal/20.04 using Qt5 only in Ubuntu repositories. This however I see as a support issue/question (and I didn't find your launchpad question). This may not be your only issue.. I suspect a Support site would be more appropriate, eg. https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu. You can also find help with your problem in the support forum of your local Ubuntu community http://loco.ubuntu.com/ or asking at https://askubuntu.com or https://ubuntuforums.org, or for more support options please look at https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/community-support/709 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1916805 Title: 18.04 to 20.04 upgrade failure To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-release-upgrader/+bug/1916805/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
