As you can read there, I did check if the package installed/uninstalled correctly. Bryce also double-checked it. I don't know if the problem is that we forgot to check if the systemd service file was up or not, or something else. But then again, the error you posted happens right at the installation step, so we would have caught that. I'm puzzled, and I apologize for not having seen this before.
