That user is me. I've been running 1:9.16.1-0ubuntu2.7 on a ISP
production recursive server "since Fri 2021-02-19 17:44:17 CST; 5 days
ago" (per systemd). The system remains stable. The TCP numbers in "rndc
status" look good, compared to when we were experiencing the problem of
named hitting the TCP client limit due to sockets not closing.
