Proxy Settings - Only the following are selected:
- Use System Proxy Settings
- Enable DNS Over HTTPS
- Provider-Cloudfare (Default)
(Test CentOS 7 machine has these same settings, and can access the site)
firefox --safe-mode
- Safe Mode results were the same
